I didn't really have time to post a WIP post on this (even if I had wanted to) because I finished this the day I started it. Liz (Gabby's mom) had asked me if I make the ear warmer headbands a few weeks ago. She may have even asked last year, but who can really remember that long ago. When I told her I can make anything that can be knitted, she ordered one for me. I was glad she did because I don't have them available in my shop and it really should be.

FO McCarren Park Cap
So due to my busyness, or maybe laziness, I didn't even mention last week that I was working on an order for a hat. My friend, Sam, saw one of the pictures from the Holla Knits photo shoot and LOVED the hat I was wearing with the Devon Cardigan. The hat belonged to Lily and just happened to be one of Allyson's designs.

WIP Holla Knits Accessory
Sometimes I feel like Holla Knits is my baby too, thanks to Allyson allowing me to be a part of the preproduction of it. This is my fourth test knit for her for Holla Knits, and every pattern is just as great as the last. There is amazing talent in the designers involved in Holla Knits.

Time Off? More Like NO Time Off.
It has been over a week since I have last updated this blog, which has been terrible of me. Especially seeing as I have had tons of things going on this past week. One of which is babysitting. This seems like an easy job, but let me assure you, it is not. I have four little ones all within 12 months of each other. They are all at the age where everything is a mystery they must figure out. Even mysterious magazines or what's in this laundry basket. Mine being the worst at this, and we are at THEIR house.

Demolition Derby!
We have moved from our bedroom to our kitchen, which if you can recall needs help. With much protest, Adam started taking out the bulk head that was above our old cabinets. It made the kitchen look smaller, older, and stuffy.

WIP Dog Sweater #1
I got an order last week for 2 custom dog sweaters. I started knitting the first one using the same striping I used in the sweaters I sent to Brooklyn Farmacy and Soda Fountain in Brooklyn, New York last year.

Holla Knits Knit-along Week 4
Week number 5 of the knit-along started on Monday. However, with the overwhelming amount of orders I have this week, I have put both my knit-along sweaters on the back burner. That being said, I made some great progress on BOTH my sweaters this past week.
