Holla Knits Accessories: Multiplicity!

Welcome Holla Knits Readers! I am excited to once again have helped Allyson with test knitting her pattern for the Holla Knits Accessories issue. Not only do I help my sis out, but I get amazing knitted projects in the process!

Top: Emma Welford's Wallpaper Cowl, Katie Canavan's  Scallop of the Sea; Middle: Teresa Gregorio's Knight Service, Tara Shade's Black Swan; Bottom: Anna Elliott's Snowball Bonnet, Allyson Dykhuizen's Multiplicity
I previously talked about my WIP on Multiplicity and knew from the start it was amazing. This was a speedy knit (mainly due to the timeline I had to get it done). I finished it in less than 2 weeks!
Love the striping
It was the first time I have ever attempted double knitting and this was a challenge I enjoyed. The pattern was super easy to follow once I got the hang of double knitting.

Allyson's directions were very straight forward and easy to follow. I am one of those people who over think patterns all the time (Allyson can atest to this from the many phone calls she gets) and I didn't have to call her once!

This knit is easy customizable, seeing as you can use 2 different yarns and a gorgeous purse handle from Homestead Heirlooms to complete this project. I have been using my Multiplicity more than I thought I would, and know that I will continue to do so.

Get your chance to snag a copy of this pattern by leaving a comment about what colors you are dying to knit this in, how you would style it, or just why you love this knit!

  4. Loving this- looks like the perfect bag for going thrifting with. I saw this in grey and yellow on Ravelry, so I think that'd be my first color combo.

  9. I also adore the bag. I am partial to red and blue...but almost any contrasting color would be fun.
