Pumpkin Patch with My Pumpkins

Sometimes the best things in life are watching your children explore new things. This is exactly what happened when the kids went to the pumpkin patch.

This is Nolan's second time going, but Ryenn's first. We went to Moelker's Orchard in the Walker/Standale area on Saturday. It was a brisk day but not too cold for the kids to run around.
Nolan ran across the pumpkin patch right away to get to the giant spiders on the other side. Ryenn had a bit of trouble navigating and not falling.
It wasn't long before they spotted the horses for the hay rides. They were so interested in them. And of course, just like the pygmy goats at the zoo, the horse tried to eat Ryenn.

We ended up getting two pumpkins to carve and two to use as decorations. We also got a half bushel of golden delicious apples, two apple cider sippers for the kids, and donuts from their new bakery addition.
